This policy explains what personal information Bravvo (The Silver Crown Group, LLC) collects when you visit trybravvo.com or buy from us, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Order details you give at checkout: name, email, shipping address, phone number and what you bought. Card details are collected and processed by Stripe; we never receive your full card number.
- Messages you send us by email.
- Basic visit data such as pages viewed, device type and the ad or link that brought you here. We use it in aggregate to understand which ads work.
How we use it
- To fulfil and deliver your order, including sharing your name, address and phone number with our fulfilment partner and shipping carriers.
- To send order confirmations, tracking updates and replies to your questions.
- To prevent fraud and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
- To measure our advertising. We don't send marketing emails unless you opt in.
Who we share it with
Stripe (payments), our fulfilment partner and carriers (delivery), our hosting provider, and advertising platforms in aggregate or pseudonymous form to measure ad results. We don't sell your personal information and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for money.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (usually 7 years). Other data is deleted when no longer needed.
Your rights
Depending on your state (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and others), you may have the right to know what we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of any sale or targeted-advertising sharing. Email support@trybravvo.com to make a request; we'll respond within 45 days and won't treat you differently for using these rights.
Children
This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
